It is not the repaint as you think.
It is just repainting in the current period of the higher timeframe, this is correct for MTF indicator.
Every MTF indicator should repaint the data in the lower timeframe.

I used it many years,this issue never happened.
This is a mulit timeframe indicator,it needs the high timeframe data.
If the local terminal has not enough data,it will take time to download the high timeframe data from the broker's server
So if it is the first time to use on a chart,it is possible to have this issue,you just need to open a EURUSD chart and change the timeframe of chart,MT4 terminal will download the data from the broker' server. After you do that,the indicator will be fast.

Impossible to share the source code.

i find the indicator a laggard indicator as it is slow to show change of trend direction - so don't quite understand why some find it useful

Thanks Ziheng. The indicator looks good. And again, what time frame is it painting to? Is it monthly or Daily? The reason i am asking is that when you load it on any timeframe, it gives different direction for different timeframes....i.e. 15mins could be brown while 1hr could be skyblue....Can you advice. Thanks
