This issue is not related to the indicator, but to the website itself.
You should first try on another browser. And if the problem persists, open a case to MetaTrader directly.

And My computer had virus, when I reset my computer and set up this indicator again, it calculated me 1 activation in the same computer as I only have 5 times activation. How to solve this issue please?

После обновления mt5 перестали работать ваши индикаторы MACD и Force index. Первый обновил до последней версии и всё заработало, а вот индекс силы последний раз обновлялся в 2017г. и не может быть использован. Просьба обновить до актуальной версии mt5. Заранее спасибо.

I have bought this indicator but its not showing correctly.
I have tried closing MT5 and reopening. changing timeframe, closing window, changing symbol etc..
