MultiStrategy EA combines 14 popular trading strategies into a single Expert Advisor. Each strategy can be independently enabled or disabled using a simple true/false input and comes with its own customizable settings. All strategies share a centralized module for risk management, daily profit targets, and news filtering.
Included strategies
- EMA crossover with optional ADX filter
- Donchian channel breakout
- Mean reversion with RSI + Bollinger Bands
- Trend pullback (trend EMA + pullback EMA)
- MACD signal-line cross
- Ichimoku (Tenkan/Kijun cross, with optional cloud filter)
- Parabolic SAR reversal
- Stochastic in extreme zones, with optional trend filter
- Opening Range Breakout
- Fibonacci retracement of the last swing
- Volatility squeeze (Bollinger inside Keltner)
- Session VWAP mean reversion, with deviation bands
- Asia/London range breakout, with configurable hours and a range size filter
- News breakout: enters on the tick when price breaks a range defined by the bars before the news or by a fixed distance in points
Risk management and daily target
- Fixed lot or automatic lot sizing by % risk on balance
- Daily profit target and daily loss limit, as % of balance or as a money amount
- Option to close open positions when the target or limit is reached
- Maximum positions per strategy and in total
- Maximum spread filter and slippage control
- Allowed direction: buy and sell, buy only, or sell only
News filter
- Based on the MetaTrader 5 economic calendar
- Blocks new trades before and after each news release, with configurable minutes
- Impact level selection: high, medium or low
- Currencies detected automatically from the symbol, or custom
- Option to close open positions during the news window
- Draws the next news event on the chart
- Strategy 14 is the only one allowed to trade inside the news window
- The calendar is not available in the Strategy Tester, so the filter and strategy 14 only work on demo or live accounts
Independent settings for each strategy
- Enable or disable with true/false
- Own timeframe
- Own trading hours, including windows that cross midnight (for example, from 20:00 to 10:00 the next day)
- Stop Loss in points or as an ATR multiple, plus a TP/SL ratio
- Trailing Stop with an activation distance and a trailing distance, both in points
Recommendations
- Test the EA in the Strategy Tester and on a demo account before using it live.
- Default values are a starting point and are not optimized for any particular symbol. Adjust and optimize them for the instrument and timeframe you trade.
- Strategy hours and the news filter use your broker’s server time. Adjust the time windows to its time zone.
