Hello, can you help me with what is happening? I rented the EA, followed the entire step by step instructions and configured it correctly, but the EA is still not opening an order. I tested it several times and it still does not open an order. I even tested it in the strategy tester and the results are the same, without executing any order.

1- What set are you using ? Can you send it?

2- Did you try the same set on the back tester and it generated trades that you are missing in live? 

3- Can you share a screen shot of your charts to check if the EA is running or not?

4- Can you share the logs you have in Expert and Journal tab?
