Добрый день. Tral - трейлинг стоп. 
Работает таким образом, что если цена движется в нужном нам направление, то tral подтягивается к цене и держится на определенном расстоянии. Тем самым если цена пошла в противоположную сторону, что ордер закроется. Tral играет роль плавающего Stop Loss

Good afternoon. For EURUSD it is better to use default settings. The main thing is ECN accounts and VPS server

And does it also work on BTC or bitcoin. Is that a feature or is it a different EA for bitcoin. If so any settings?

There is another EA for bitcoin that uses a different trading strategy. It is better to follow the recommendations and trade on the recommended currency pair
