Create A Web App Via Data Obtained From Crypto Broker's API -

I would like to create web application that shows the liquidation data aggregated from perpetual crypto market of Binance, Bitmex, Okex, Bybit to be plotted as an indicator layed on Trading view chart like example.

The value on chart will range from 1 minute to 1 day.

This will include all tradable perpetual coins.

Drop down filters.

Ability to set alert and send e-mail when threshold hits.

Knowledge that might be needed to execute this project====> Python, Pinescript, API and data Integration.
