Hello,
I recently purchased Gold Scalper Pro (MT5 version), but I realized that I am unable to use MetaTrader 5 due to regulatory restrictions in my country (France). My broker only allows me to trade on MetaTrader 4.
As a result, I cannot use the product I purchased.
I would like to kindly request:
- access to the MT4 version of Gold Scalper Pro
- and cancellation or deactivation of my MT5 license, since it is unusable for me
I have already paid for the product, and I am only asking to switch to the MT4 version, which I understand is available.

I purchased a VPS subscription via MQL5 Virtual Hosting, but I am unable to use it because my trading account only supports MetaTrader 4 due to regulatory restrictions in France.
Currently, the VPS is linked to MetaTrader 5, which I cannot use.
I would like to know if it is possible to:
- transfer my VPS subscription to MT4
or
- receive a refund or account credit
Additionally, I purchased an Expert Advisor (Gold Scalper Pro MT5), but I cannot use it for the same reason. I have contacted the seller to request the MT4 version.
