"Account temporarily banned"

Hello! I am experiencing an issue with the messages section in my account and it says "Account temporarily banned" when I try message my customers. Once in a few hours, the "ban" gets lifted and I am able to message my customers again, but after a few messages it automatically gets banned again. Can

Published EAs in Marketplace.

Hello everyone I have just published my first products in Marketplace , they have already recieved a few reviews but they don't show any stars in the market. Can anyone explain to me why? Also what do I need to do in order for the stars to be visible in the marketplace? Thanks Screenshot removed by
