VPS Not taking trades

Sir, My VPS Affiliated through MQL5 (Hong Kong 01) is not taking trades. Is there any online Help available

VPS Latency

I have my Server in Mumbai. My EA demands Latency Less than 3 MS, So I started VPS through MT4 Platform. It`s Hong Kong 1. Is it good to get latency less than 3 ms?. Please advise. Thanks

First Demo Account thene the same account as live Account?

I want to test an EA, But problem is that they provide License on one account and ask for the MT4 Account Number and don`t change it later. Is there any way where I can use an account as demo prior and then as Live Account ? Does any broker provide this Facility
