My MT5 VPS is not copying the Signal providers GBPUSD+ trades.

According to the documentation this should work (matching on the first 6 characters of the symbol). However it is not. Please advise if there is anything else I can try? My VPS is not copying the Signal providers GBPUSD+ trades. System is coping the signal providers symbol XAUUSD+ to my broker's

How to enable Signals

Signals are disabled and I cannot subscribe. I've been through all the support documentation and also double checked with my broker who says my account is enabled for signals/copy trading. Signals tab is missing from Tools / Options configuration menu. Signals is also missing from the Toolbox Tab
