Purchased EA removed from MQL5

Hi, I purchased an EA and after only using 1 activation it has been removed from mql5, what happens to my activations? Is there a refund policy for things like this

Service desk is ignoring me

Hi, Its been more than 2 months since my account has been financially limited and my deposit is frozen. The service desk is completely ignoring my messages and no reply from them. There is no other way to contact the support no Email, nothing. Is there any other way I can talk to someone? I don't

MQL5 non existant support and refund policy

Hi guys, my accounts been financially limited for a month and 8 days, now I managed to get a response form the service desk after 15 days, and sent them the documents they asked for on the same day. its been 3 weeks since then and there is no reply. I cant use the EA purchased because of these
