Navigator window disappeared and won't appear after clicking on view

I had my navigator window undocked and attached to a separate monitor. It disappeared and won't appear after clicking on Navigator tab under View. I restarted MT5. Anybody have a fix

When undocking charts is it possible to have timeframes attached to the toolbar on the right?

Using Multi-monitors/Cannot delete object popup windows does not appear anywhere?

Example- I create a Fibonacci retracement on a chart. Later I want to delete it. I right click on chart and select objects. There is no popup window anywhere on any of my monitors. I tried putting it on the 1 monitor and disabling the others and still no popup window. I press escape to move along

Free Indicator Not installing from Mql5

I have installed indicators before with no problem. Have 2 instances of mt4 running and tried to install a couple free indicators and they are not installing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
