Someone else has changed my password

I try to enter algotrade-mainserver 1 on mql4 but the platform sends authentication failed. I wonder whether someone else has changed my password. I can't access my account at all. what should I do

how to withdraw my money

I have deposited 200 dolars in algotrade_man server 1 and the server shows my equity 200. but when i go to withdrawal page it says " Withdrawal unavailable: no earned money on your account" now I can't withdraw the money i have deposited? why? can u help me
