Hi Traders, since summer i have the following problem: each time my Windows 10 does one of the normal updates (about every two weeks) i launch my MT4 and all of the EAs i bought aren´t working anymore. I get this error in journal: I wrote the support

again trouble after update of Win10, i can´t understand why forums are full of pissed users who have to spend activations for their products, or am i the only one?!

am i the only one who´s pissed because he has to spend a new activation for each of his bought products of mql5 because Win10 has installed an update and my products weren´t accessible after that?! this is incredible

Did you get an answer by Metaquotes? The last time this happened they offered additional activations for free.

doesn´t seem that they will spend an extra activation bonus. i´m shocked that my trading-enviroment has gone overnight just because Windows did a update. No serious trader can accept this!

my ticket was closed... no activation was spent. i´m not sure if i will buy an indicator again, this kind of business is a) not reliable b) unforeseeable c) not fair. all attributes traders don´t like

Hi, i updated my PC from Win 8.1 to Win 10 yesterday, everything seems to work fine but in MT4 i have the problem, that all my EA which i bought from the marketplace aren´t recognized as bought anymore. They are listed in my marketplace /
