Algorithm:
Example 2 orders: BUY 0.01 lot and SELL 0.02 lot
1. Calc lots after close by
SELL 0.02 - BUY 0.01 = SELL 0.01
2. Close part order "SELL 0.02" on the calculated in the first step => 0.01 lot (There may be more orders, depending until all residual calc lots is closed)
3. CloseBy(Closes an opened order by another opposite opened order.) all remaining orders
Standart close - BUY close by Bid, SELL close by Ask
CloseBy - BUY close by Bid and SELL close by Bid, we are in profit on (Ask-Bid) points from each SELL orders

As i know must of broker still use MT4 because they think traders are used to use MT4, So it is not necessary to change to MT5. So even Meta Trader Company are anxious
