I sent a money from mql5.com to my Visa card , it show (Success) but I didn't receive it

Hello, I sent a money from mql5.com to my Visa card , it show (Success) but I didn't receive it it pass about 15 hours until now how many time to receive the money in my visa card (in usual) and I can't contact mql5.com service desk (human support), how can I thank you
