What forex brokers offer MT5 and use eastern standard time?

Since you can't change the timezone in MT5, I'm wondering what forex broker uses EST and MT5? Thanks

Is there going to be support for watchlists in the future?

I realize that being a primarily forex platform there wasn't much need for a watchlist function in Metatrader 4. But being contained within the Market Watch box is quite limited for stocks. I'm new to MetaTrader, so maybe there's something in the codebase? I don't know if that's even possible. I
