Description:
This is a half scalping system that analyzes the market using a transmission function. The system can be scalping or not depending on the "takeprofit" and "stoploss" parameters.
This Expert Advisor is intended for trading on EURUSD, however it can work on other currency pairs. You should use timeframe M1 for trading.
You should optimize only two parameters: Seconds_to_move и TradePrice. It is sufficient to optimize Bobra Adept only once, for example, for a half year period. After that, Bobra Adept shows good results on a forward period (or backward in my case), this can be observed on the screenshots.
It was not optimized on GBPUSD as the results of testing appeared to be good without optimization.
Parameters Bobra Adept:
UseManualLot - if it is false, the lot will be chose automatically. False on default.
Lot - lot, 0.1 on default.
Risk_for_AutomaticLot - lot is chosen automatically on the basis of the balance. The default value is 120 which is a hight risk.
Safe_mode - if true, this mode will allow decreasing maximal drawdown. At that, it will be possible to trade with a higher risk without being afraid for your money. I recommend to use it always, i.e. set to true.
Safe_coefficient - rate that is directly connected with Safe_mode, its value is used for dividing the volume of the first entry. I recommend value 4.
Compensation_mode - if true, then this mode will additionally increase the volume of the second entry. I recommend not using it.
Compensation_coefficient = 1 (max), connected with Compensation_mode, it determines volume increase for the second entry. It should suit gamblers.
The following two parameters are intended for decreasing drawdowns (currently, I cannot make any recommendation whether to use them or not):
second_in_SL - if true, then StopLoss will be set individually for the second entry, other entries will not be affected.
compen_SL - size of StopLoss for the second entry (values from 5 to 10, I recommend 5).
The following two parameters affect entering the market:
Seconds_to_move - 9 on default. You can changed the optimization range for the parameters as you want. This range is recommended: Start - 3, Step - 1, Stop - 20.
TradePrice - 5 on default. Optimization range: Start - 3, Step - 1, Stop - 20.
All the other parameters can be left unchanged. I think, they are good for trading on any currency pair.
TakeProfit - distance to fix profit. 22 on default.
StopLoss - distance to fix loss. 10 on default.
TrailingStop - distance at which the Stop Loss will be moved after the current price, but only if the positions is profitable. 5 on default.
Steptrail - step for the TrailingStop to trigger. 1 on default.
The screenshots demonstrate the parameters of Bobra Adept and the test results obtained with them. It is recommended to test this Expert Advisor with a broker that provides 5-digit quotes, or even better - with MetaQuotes-Demo.
