It was a busy day on BTC with 2 breakouts and 4 orders. Unfortunately the first breakout failed, but we then recovered with the opposite side breakout.
These kinds of days will happen as not every initial breakout is a winner, but we stick to the strategy no matter what. I've said this many times, and I'll say it again, losses can and will happen, the important thing is that we stick to the strategy, use good risk management, and move on to the next one. 👍
I don't only show you the wins, I also show you the losses, not many sellers here on MQL5 do that. 👏

Today was NFP and unfortunately today ORB Seeker was on the wrong side of the market.
As I've said before, trading during high impact new events like NFP is a personal choice and personally it's been 50/50 for me. For example last month NFP was a win, but unfortunately today was a loss.
It can happen and will happen, this is real trading. I've said this many times, and I'll say it again, losses can and will happen, the important thing is that we stick to the strategy, use good risk management, and move on to the next one. 👍

Someone asked me why do I only show breakouts on Gold, does the indicator only work with Gold? No certainly not, the indicator can work on any asset.
The main reason why I show Gold is because breakout type strategies work best on pairs that are more volatile, as they have the best chance of having intra day breakouts, pairs such as XAUUSD and indices like US100, etc, as well as crypto pairs like BTC.
As I've said before, the timing of trading breakouts is crutial, so not only does it matter which pairs you trade but also WHEN, and with the right assets traded at the right time, you will have a higher probability of success trading with ORB Seeker. 👍
I provide optimized set files, specially created to trade at specific times of the day when the probability of a successful breakout is higher. 🙌

ORB Seeker has been updated! There is a new version of ORB Seeker now available! 😀
There have been a number of important updates.
1. A new ADR filter has been added. The ADR filter helps to filter out breakout signals when there has already been a lot of volatility and momentum in the day and price might be exhausted.
2. A new range percentage buffer filter option has been added. You can now choose to have the buffer zone use a percentage of the range as an upper/lower buffer.
3. A new GMT time option has been added to use when changing daylight savings time. When there is daylight savings and the broker changes their server time you no longer need to worry about changing the session times, simply choose the GMT time zone and the indicator will adjust accordingly.
4. The logo on the chart is now visilbe as an option. You can now choose to display the logo on the chart or not.
After updating the indicator make sure to contact me to get the updated EA and new updated set files! 👍
