TimeGMT() does not execute every tick

I experience a very strange situation when I call TimeGMT(), it does not get executed on every tick although I have placed it in OnTick() event. How can I change my email address to mql5.com, when I don't have access to the old email any longer? It requires to verification email on both old and new email addresses. Alternatively, can I request my purchases to be moved to another account? thanks

Broker Commission rates between pairs

Do brokers set ONE commission for all currency/comodity pairs they trade? Or can they set different commission for specific pairs too. I am trying to determine why the commission for XAUUSD for a particular broker is large, e.g. $20 per lot

Copy Trading Sync

When subscribing to a signal for copy trading, do we need to have a running MT5, e.g. do we need a VPS machine? Or will subscribers sync with providers even without an MT5 subscriber machine running? I am not sure whether the copying happens at the server level without the subscriber having the need
