Invalid license problem
Good morning, Today I noticed that purchased products stopped working due to an “invalid license” issue. My programs' license should allow unlimited use. Everything was working fine just a few days ago. So far, I’ve found that only the bought products are affected by this issue. Please for feedback
Service Desk problem
I can't contact with service. When I click on 'Service Desk' => 'New Request,' a chat window appears stating 'My account is removed', and I cannot type any message (see attachment). My account is NOT removed. Every time I press Ctrl+F5, the same message appears. What happened
