MT4 Terminal duplicating orders sent by my Expert Advisor

I read in here: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/145356 that someone had the same problem in build 500 and also in build 600. I have the build 600 and I'm having the same issue. My Expert Advisor is sending the orders just once but the terminal is opening the orders twice. Have anyone had the same

My EA is just trading some days, why could it be?
