Gold and GOLD symbols

Hello. Anyone know if a signal that trade "Gold" will be copied on my account that has "GOLD" (all capital letters) as symbol? Is it case sensitive mql5 copying system? Thanks

Unable to contact technical support team

I see now this message on my account: "Financial operations are limited. Please contact our technical support team", but when I click on the link to contact the support, I'm redirected on a non-existing page that shows me the message "404. The page does not exist". So, how can I contact the support
