How to deactivate an EA's license

Hi guys, how do I deactivate an EA's license. I tried to delete the EA from the trading terminal but it didn't work

MQL5 Cloud network not working

The "Use MQL5 CLoud network " is unable My balance is at $10 Once click start the Cloud network agents' status are Read then change to not used while the test still running Does anyone has a solution for this? thank you

MetaTester 5 Agents doesn't work

I've set up sub PC like this On my main PC, Agents tab, once the Optimization running all the Core of the main PC running normally. But the Local Network farm status only constantly changing from "connecting" to "ready

Can't log in on WebTerminal using other accounts other than MQL demo account

On the log-in pop-up window, Connect to account section, the server is default as MetaQuotes-Demo and can't be changed to another server How do I change the server to log in using other broker accounts? Thank you
