Optimization (Help Please)

I have a new EA that I have been back testing, this EA in a live environment will look for specific horizontal lines on the chart I manually input to highlight areas of Resistance. One of the checks for the EA is to ensure that a trade is far enough away from the line before it will open a trade

Add manually drawn lines in strategy tester

I hav an EA, part of which works when it comes across a manually drawn horizontal line, the issue I have is that these lines I redraw manually every week and when it comes to back testing I can't seem to get the lines to work in strategy tester . What I do, do is save the chart with the horizontal
