Hello, Is there any free EA in the market that opens a buy position if TP of previous buy is hit? or sell if TP of previous sell is hit

If i use a VPS,, how many pending orders can a VPS open on a particular price? lets say EUR/USD at price 1.5500 i have 10 buy pending orders. How many orders will the VPS be able to trigger in 1 second? I know i can put a $10 lot value on 1.5500 price,, but i want to know about the speed of VPS

Does anyone have an EA that averages buy and sell trades at a given amount of pips lets say 20, 30 or 50 for individual pairs and not the whole account. Like EUR/USD buy and sell trades should average against each other and not with other pairs
Order Vanished
I ordered for a custom EA from Developers and they responded according to my specification. Now my order just vanished from market and my account and i am not able to see it. How will i be able to contact those developers back
