Moved Signal to different trading account and no trades have been taken in my account for several trades from signal

I moved the signal I am subscribed to to a live account. The signal has taken multiple trades, but none are being taken in my account. What can I do to solve this issue

Signal I subscribed to, withdrew all money from their account and are no longer trading

How can I get a refund from signal provider Danggie on MT4? He withdrew the balance from his account so his account balance is zero. He is not trading

Signal did not copy to my account.

The signal service I am subscribed to did not copy a trade over to my account. The signal I am subscribed took a trade with symbol GPBUSDm using broker Exness 1:500, $142 balance. I am using broker EnviFX with a demo account of $100k and 1:100 leverage. Signal - Synchronization finished

Signal not taking trades.

I am subscribed to signal Golden on mt5 by joko catur. The signal did not add the existing trades when I subscribed. I tried two different brokers, including the same (FBS) broker as the signal provider. I rechecked settings in Tools>Signals. I have not had problems with several previous signals
