Did a stupid mistake of not adding loss cooldown and spiraled down a bit... adding that and pushing XAUUSD Scalper Cow Version 39 RIGHT NOW!

Will push the updated version of XAUUSD Scalper Cow today, if the EA performs well on the signal account that I launched earlier. I have put it on mql5 VPS, right now the ping is 1.75 ms. I had high latency in my laptop so the DD can also be justified, imo. To be a winner in scalping you need speed, VPS is MANDATORY.
