I have been charged two times for the same VPS subscription period

Dear Customer service, i have one VPS account with 3 month subscription and i have disabled the auto renewal, The system has charged my account two times for the same period, Pls refund to correct the mistake

i have installed the demo but the ticker in my broker is GOLD and the <Market Product name > MT5 is XAUUSD , i need help how can i edit or if there is channel to connect with teh author of the EA it will be great
