I need help to activate the demo of <Market Product name> MT5

i have installed the demo but the ticker in my broker is GOLD and the Quantum Queen MT5 is XAUUSD, i need help how can i edit or if there is channel to connect with teh author of the EA it will be great.
you can contact the author for that. This forum is not for support of marketplace, nor does support visit very often.
Poor design by the author ,no doubt it is billed as some A.I wonder or the likes .
