why I can not subscribe to the signals ?

why I can not subscribe to the signals ? all signals are off

I would like to register my own signal, But I cannot, why!!?

The first time I entered the website. I wanted a copy signal, so I can be free, unfortunately, currently I am doing way better than all the signals that I subscribed for. So I wanted to give it more time since I am doing great, Now I want to register my signal, I could not since I previously

problem with registering virtual server

I am facing quite problem with registering the virtual server , when i click right click this option is not available for me as registering as virtual server, now i bought the service already from mql5, I don't know what to do and its really messy, please help me with either complete the process
