MQL5 VPS - Question re VPS

I have Pepperstone platform, with the MQL5 VPS - all OK. I opened Fusion Markets account, to run a new EA. It connected to my MQL5 account no problem, and I could download my EA purchase from there. Q: Is the Fusion Markets platform on my VPS ? I mean will the new EA on the new Fusion Markets

MY EA risk level won't update

I have had several issues with EAs around this: When I change the risk level from 0.01 to 0.05 or something, it does not change on the EA, and the EA keeps making orders at 0.01. I've tried many different things to re-set the platform or EA. I'm using Pepperstone, MQL5, AUX/USD on 1 or 5 minutes
