🎯 THE PLAY
For Long-Term: This is a BUY-THE-DIP moment. Triple-digit billion AI revenue run rate + dominant cloud position + historically cheap valuation = generational entry point.

📉 XAGUSD – 1D UPDATE
Current Price: 65.10760 (-0.93%)
🧠 Wave Structure:
We are tracking a complex corrective triple-three (W-X-Y-X-Z) on the 1H timeframe.
This is NOT a simple impulse – it's a highly overlapping, sideways-to-down structure typical of deep corrections before a larger move.
🔍 Key Observation:
Price has now reached a major demand zone near the 65.00–64.00 area, which aligns with:
78.6%–88.6% Fibonacci retracement of the prior rally
Multiple historical support levels
Oversold conditions on lower timeframes

Summary: Gold (XAUUSD) Elliott Wave Outlook
Current Price: ~$4,540 (as of the provided chart)
Recent Peak: ~$5,602
Core Technical View
An extended Elliott Wave structure suggests that gold’s recent upward move (including the last “pump” higher) may represent a terminal fifth wave. This implies a high probability of a significant downward retracement following the completion of the impulsive advance.
Key Support Zone Identified
The analysis points to a potential retracement toward the 3,250–3,750 range. This zone aligns with prior historical support levels visible on the chart (near 3,251and3,703).
Fundamental Context
The final leg higher is attributed to market pricing of an aggressive Federal Reserve rate cut. However, because the market has already priced in this factor, the risk of a reversal increases once the news is fully absorbed (“buy the rumor, sell the news”).
Key Invalidation Level
A sustained break above the recent high of $5,602 would contradict the bearish Elliott count and suggest a continuation of the uptrend instead.
