Payment ( 3Ds ) and account issue

Im trying to purchasing an EA using my ING bank credit card but my payment was declined . My bank confirms that my card is active and support international payment s. i also did not receive 3D secure verification request . Bank support confirms that the 3D request should MQL5 sent it to approve it

m trying ti buy an EA expert using my creditcard , but for 5 times has been declined . i contacted my bank support and they said that the issue from your side because im not getting the 3Ds verification on my phone to confirm the payment. so it might be from your side

Hello, im trying to buy an EA expert using my creditcard but everytime i try to buy it, i get declined, i contacted my Bank support and they said that the issue comes from MQL5 website and not their side. can u help
