Minor fixes.

New great feature has been added called Swing Predictor Line.

It is designed to predict the start and the end of a possible price swing for the forex pair the indicator is attached to. This feature works best with higher time frames.
This line is calculated by using the same algorithm of the indicator but with a significant modification. It appears to be an extra strength line which can be used as an extra confirmation or in some cases even instead of the main currency strength lines.

The main purpose of this special swing strength line is to make the indicator work with currencies and markets which the indicator could not work before. So now the indicator will work with absolutely all markets even with the markets where the original strength lines can not be calculated correctly but the Swing Predictor Line will still work fine due to a new significantly improved algorithm.

Market Detector parameter was added. This parameter helps the indicator work better with brokers which use non-standard names for the trading pairs.

Pullback Volume Alert was added to Alerts of the indicator. This type of alerts allows traders getting pullback volume signals with the trend.

The issue has been fixed of the indicator not working with some brokers. Now all brokers are supported including all account types.
