vrong version fixed with correct one

1) nuts changed with arrows as they were loading terminal.
2) indicator window removed and logic left in arrows only to have more clear signals.
3) Bug fixed with CCI TF.
4) added one new option "distance" that prevents signal to appear same direction if it is too close from previous one. ( 0 means no distance option to work.)
5) added option to chose one from 3 modes: 1) first arrow only per direction. 2) signals with best price only after first signal, (new buys only belowe previous, new sells only above previous) 3) all signals (as it was before).
