SMA Line colour is now an external variable so it can be saved as an external input in a .set file

End user wanted to be able to save templates with colours other than the original default colours and ensure when they reload the template on different timeframes that the colours don't reset to default. SetIndexStyle was modified for all Buffers so all candles and SMA line can be saved to a template and will not revert to the original version defaults.

Ver1.2 Updated version as the last version had a small copy/paste coding issue on the Lin Reg Close that was hard to see.
Also added a label to see both the LR Period and the MA on LR Close Period.

Version 1.0 Down Candle wicks were green when they should have been red. They are now red in version 1.01. Some headers and descriptions were added mainly for the author's code readability.
