Как я уже сказал стрелки информативные.Они отмечает факт что цена ушла за при пределах Болинджера и опят вернулась

Sometimes the arrows are redrawn but they only are for  informative.You can simply turn them off. Who    trade  in a  Bollinger  , with this product will be more effective than the standard indicator
