Does it apply to all time frame (TF)? Is not all fibo applicable to all TF. I have tried, not all fibo can apply to all TF. it has to be add in additional indicators.

From larger timeframes to smaller ones is permissible; however, ensure that the chart remains clean without cluttering it with Fibonacci retracements from smaller timeframes to larger ones.
