- BUG: pending line not unlocked on chart refresh / restoreState
- BUG: lines were not locked by default; this changed with the save/restore state logic
- BUG: When SL line is unlocked and dragged, LSC STOPLOSS/risk is not updated
- IMPROVEMENT: The "reset" button in the Trade Planner no longer toggles on/off, it always sets to 0.0
- IMPROVEMENT: In the Position Line window show current value as bull/bear color when != 0.0
- IMPROVEMENT: TP/SL lines continue to follow price (when locked) even if the Trade Planner window is collapsed
- IMPROVEMENT: In the Position Line window you can now toggle between Position Price and Position Pips
- IMPROVEMENT: The Pending trade line is now unlocked by default
- IMPROVEMENT: Reset Trade Plan now turns off "Include Trade Plan" in the Position Line view

- FEATURE: New option to have Lot Size Calculator's SL set to a multiple of ADR and PipStep to ADR/10 (helpful for instruments with crazy ADR sizes like indices)
- FEATURE: Alternate display of distances in PIPS, PRICE and x ADR; click the target label (PRICE, PIPS or ADR) to toggle
- FEATURE: Show value either as currency value or % of account; click the "Target Value" label in the Position line window to toggle

A couple of minor bug fixes.

- Fixed a bug in the short position line price (was above instead of below price)
- Set the lines to the background
- Unset "Include Trade Plan" on receiving a trade from EnterTradePlan

Version 1.01 - Fixed a bug with Include Pending Orders in the Position Line tool.
