New build

fixed some bugs
completely redone dashboard:
+ one dashboard with all its elements - 1 object
+ responsive design
+ drag and drop works on any part
+ does not conflict with other dashboards
+ when interacting, it is displayed on the front layer
+ saves its last location when switching/restarting the terminal, including when using templates
+ each cell is calculated separately
+ does not count all cells again when switching a currency pair (fast switching)
