Added a new option to enable / disable auto movement of the channels and button on the chart to update the channels when required manually. So, if the auto update is active -> indicator draws the channels in accordance with the current scenario. If the auto update is inactive, the button "Update Channels" will appear on the chart to update the channels of the current symbol.
