Try restarting your mt4 and make sure you are logged into your mql5 account. If so and still having issues you need to contact mql5 support for help.
Just back up Mr Samson the great here is a present trade I took on 4/01/2022 CHF/JPY just after purchasing and watched the explanation videos for innerstanding . The image on the left is a combination of the ADR dashboard and the Markert reversal indicator and the ADR Levels. 5 stars for all three , worth every single penny , it might even be under Priced, so extra thumbs up to Mr Lee Samson for making it affordable for all.
