Feature Upgrade!

Display Height Option: Render the Date & Time on a single condensed line to save space, or on separate lines.

Cycle through the Crosshair options: Using the toggle key (default 'x') easily cycle thru display options: show the Crosshair, show Crosshair+Data Hover, or show None.

Simpler inputs to improve ease of use.

- Fixed handling special ½ hour time zones, such as India, where the broker offset is only 30 minutes.

- Now you can set the Price scale font color to match your selected foreground date color.

- A few other minor fixes, such as restoring original color when removing the indicator.

Updated to eliminate time/date overlapping when using large font size (such as font size 10+).
Adjusted placement of the highlighted background & highlighted text (which tracks cursor movement) for easier readability.
Plus a minor tweak to improve performance.

Fixed a problem where sometimes the date did not render at the bottom of the chart. The hover-over and crosshairs continued to operate fine, but the date was not displayed (on rare occasions). This problem was identified and resolved.

- Ability to choose the font family and size (especially useful for 4K monitors).

- Other minor bug fixes.
