I tested 1 minute/ 2 /3/ 4 minutes/ 5 minutes all EXP time, accuracy is 40-55%.

Really did you get 40%? why not just reverse the signal and get 60%? that would be awesome.. Anyway, if you get 55% this means that most of your test happens during a ranging market. this works best on trending markets.. so try to pinpoint its usage on the correct market.. use 5 min expiry only.
