Included a new speed parameter to get this indicator faster for scalping / trading in shorter timeframes. Also updated the description text for clarity.

Squeeze condition crosses are now colored black by default (instead of no color by default).

V1.2 Improvements:
- Fixed bug in which colors and bar widths reverted to default when switching timeframes
- Added ability for user to mute alert warning messages

V1.1 includes message, email, and sound alerts to squeeze onset, squeeze release, and fading up/downtrends. Alerts can be selected by user.

New Parameters:

Allow alerts (true/false): If false, prevents any alerts
Alert when squeeze begins (true/false): If true, sends alert on squeeze onset
Alert when squeeze is released (true/false): If true, sends alert when squeeze is released
Alert when trend fades (true/false): If true, sends alert when up or downtrend fades (as indicated by a darker green/red line on histogram)
Turn on alert message (true/false): If true, alerts will create a message box
Turn on alerts sound (true/false): If true, alerts will play a sound
Turn on alerts email (true/false): If true, alerts will send an email *

* Email address and smtp must be set up in MT4 options. Note: MT4 email alerts do not support SSL smtp servers.
