To download programs from the market you should use the Market tab. That way Metatrader will download and install it for you.

But, as stated in this thread https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/60209#comment_1694547, Wine (i.e. PlayOnMac) doesn't support Market section!

So I guess you should contact the Service Desk for further information.

No, this is a simple ticker that shows only the current price.

It's not intended to import history data, to do so try out KVM Bitcoin Tick Importer (version for MT4 terminal).

The error means that the external API is not available at the moment. I'm working on a new version of the ticker which will use more stable sources.
