Modify an EA and add an indicator

Hello, how are you?

I need a developer to make the following changes:

1) I have a tool in mq4, however it needs a fix. I need only the arrow to appear when the following rules occur:

Rule 01: Candles need to be above or below the price line

Rule 02: When indicator 0282 - ultimate-pro-scalper gives a signal

2) After making the corrections in the indicator, I need the attached EA to use this indicator as a reference for doing the operations.

Note: I need to include in EA an option to terminate an operation when there is a trend reversal based on the "Trend Line"
