Improve current indicator and create matching EA

I have a Fractal reversal indicator for MT4 that I would like to copy and to also create a matching EA. The new indicator and separate EA will have a new name and branding. 

A Fractal is a group of five candles:

For an up fractal candle 3 is the highest candle of the, candles 1 and 2 highs are below the high of candle 3 and the highs of candles 4 and 5 are also below candle 3.

When candle 5 is painted a reversal continuation down signal red arrow is painted above candle 3.

For an down fractal candle 3 is the lowest candle of the 5, candles 1 and 2 lows are below the high of candle 3 and the lows of candles 4 and 5 are also below candle 3.

When candle 5 is painted a reversal continuation up signal blue arrow is painted below candle 3.

The attached example also has options for inputs Breakout and Examine 7 bar fractals. I would also like to include these options.

Indicator New Name: SFX Reversal Continuation

I would like indicator to display - SecretFXSignals.com - bottom left of chart when placed on charts.

Alerts: All alerts to be available as per the example indicator.

Custom Alert Text required - Text field default SFX RevCont 

Display alerts - true or false

Mail alerts  - true or false (make sure to have new name of indicator)

Push alerts - true or false

Sound alerts - true or false

I would like different alerts for long or short and the alerts to have prices as follows:

Long Signal (from down fractal): Entry Price = Buy Order High of Candle 5, Stop Low of Candle 3

Short Signal (from up fractal): Entry Price = Sell Order Low of Candle 5, Stop High of Candle 3

EA 

EA name: SFX Reversal Continuation Trader

The EA to display and use the same signals as the indicator.

Input option for trading time window: 24 hrs plus option Input Time for trading to start plus Input Time for trading to stop. This is so I can chose to just let the system open new trades during certain times of the day.

Two trade orders generated from each Fractal signal.

First is reversal order, second is breakout order. EA input option for  A) Reversal Orders Only B) Breakout Orders Only C) both reversal and breakout orders

Down Fractal Creates:

A) Reversal Order Long at High of candle 5, Stop Low of candle 3.

B) Breakout Short at Low of candle 3 - (x pips), Stop High of Candle 5.

Up Fractal Creates: 

A) Reversal Order Short at Low of candle 5, Stop High of candle 3.

B) Breakout Long at High of candle 3 + (x pips), Stop low of Candle 5.

x pips is EA Input option 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10

Orders from new Fractal signals replace old orders.

Position Management Input Options

Break Even in pips: Input - Disabled, 2 to 30

Trailing Stop: Input - Min 5, number (default 5)

Max Stop Loss in pips: Input number (default 100)

Take Profit in pips: Input number (zero = not used)

Money Management

Auto calculate: True = Balance/Risk Allocation %, False = Manual Lotsize

Risk allocation % of balance: Input number 

Manual Lotsize: Input number

Other inputs

Custom Order Comment: SFX Reversal Continuation Trader

Magic number: 5 numbers
