EA: open trade from TELEGRAM to MT4

Hi,

I need a EA that open trade from a telegram channel directly to MT4:

1) Telegram channel post an image with corss name eg: EUR / USD   ****

2) under this image there is price value entry (Bid - Sl -TP) as :

SELL 1.5174

TP 1.5154   (20 pips)  1th trade

TP 1.5124   (50 pips)  2th trade (open only after TP1) + 2pips

TP 1.5074   (100 pips) 3th trade (open only after TP2) +2 pips

SL 1.5320

3) EA should read image with cross name 

4 ) EA should place the trade accordly with price values .

 **** If is not possible to read image, EA could be scan forex market to "find out" the price value of open trade indicated by telegram image description.
